InGaAs Focal Plane Arrays

InGaAs arrays are used for low-light level imaging in the infrared for applications such as night vision, industrial sorting, spectroscopy, and astronomy. InGaAs is sensitive to light in the 0.9 - 1.7 micron wavelength region.

Aerius Photonics manufactures InGaAs detector and focal plane arrays for infrared imaging applications. We produce arrays to your specifications, with custom pitch and formats as large as 4096 x 4096. Aerius arrays exhibit high quantum efficiency, low dark current, and high operability.
